 graduate in Hospitality/ T&T.

Alternate Qualification allowed: PG graduate in Hospitality/ T&T.

Minimum and maximum years of (relevant) experience:
Minimum of 13-18 years of relevant experience. Last 5-7 years in business travel sales/Hotel sales to corporates


Minimum and maximum age bracket for this position:
36-41 years

Key Result Areas (KRAs) associated with  job
Formulate, Plan, Develop & implementation of Business strategy and aggressive sales plan for entire zone in consultation with Chief Financial Officer and Area Sales Manager to achieve and meet sales target for RNU, MICE movements/ FITs etc as per their travel needs.
Recommends and Monitors Progress towards meeting the plan as per the market trends.
Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement. Work closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement & understanding process bottlenecks and in consistencies
Setting Team, Individual Targets: - subsequently motivating team to work towards achieving it. Generating References.
Responsible for driving sales by developing his team, continuous mentoring his team members to achieve maximum Revenue.
Monitor the accuracy of sales reports & recommends revisions to existing reports for further development
Provide inputs to senior leaderships in the development and administrations of sales incentives compensation programs
Timely implementation of process &  procedure among the regions as per the company policies
Presenting, preparing & Analysing various business reports.
To oversee the work undertaken by managers are in control of the budget for each location
Builds peer support and strong internal company relationships with other key management personnel & have strong external network thereby exhibiting market intelligence.

Conduct rewards &  recognition programmes across the regions
Hiring managers, sharing training inputs  for each branch, Monitoring regional revenue and analysing trends

Responsible for conducting motivational sessions across the regions
