Key Result Areas (KRAs) associated with  job
Planning & execution in consultation with Sales Manager and Zonal Manager for generating revenues from corporates for Utilization of room nights / MICE & FIT movements.
Setting Team and Individual Targets: - subsequently motivating team to work towards achieving it. Responsible for driving sales by developing his team, continuous mentoring his team members to achieve maximum Revenue.
Create & Maintain relationship with existing clients, acquire more new clients and generating References.
Handling all the operational issues as well as customer complaints and grievances.
To ensure that proper training should be conducted for all executives in sales as per the training modules prepared by Corporate Training department.
Monitoring & analysing of DSRs of the team on regular basis, & train them as per needs in order to drive team performance to meet the set goals
Should be able to maintain high retention in team.

Activities accountable for
Monitoring of DSRs of the staff & provide necessary inputs whenever needed from time to time to drive & meet sales targets.
Prepare monthly report target vs achievement collection report.
To supervise the work of employee and to conduct performance evaluation of branch & encourage them to do the better
Activities responsible for but not accountable for
To ensure that all over dues, outstanding are under control.
Coordinates with all departmental heads for smooth functioning of the company process
Responsible for managing the collection of existing customers.
To handle Grievance if any in coordination with HR
To ensure all HR and administrative activities such as attendance, expense voucher, clearance, confirmation, assessment, grievances are handled by the HR resource within turnaround time.
General management and Administration of the branch with regards to basic facilities and fixed assets.
