Here is something I wish to tell job seekers

Once you appear for interview in front of Hr, withing first 5 to 15 mins the interviewer comes to know whether the candidate is shortlisting material or not

If you are Not shortlisted in a particular interview you may do the following analysis

1) You do not show that that you are very strongly interested in job & take the interview very casualty

2) Your dress code. You must preferably wear white shirt & black pant & of course a tie, clean shave, shoe polish ( do not keep tie in breast pocket)

3) Some times appear arrogant in an manner that they have superiority complex

4) Talk very negative about current organization

5) Attending the calls or send text during the interview ( Its recommended that you must keep your phone on silent mode, it should not even ring)

6) No life in Hand Shake

7) Using tot of hand gestures

8) Avoid Eye Contacts

9) Wear the head phones

10) Try to impress the interviewer by family background & talk
about irrelevant social contacts

11) Do no go prepared ie company information, the exact profile/role & some home work with common sense that if this is the profile then what is the HR expecting from candidate

Therefore, its commanded that once you identify the job on the net you are looking out for, go & meet the respective recruiter in their office wherein you can share the reason of changing the job & take his advise how to reprent the same.

As the recruiter are meeting lot of candidates, sending them for all the relavent interviews & getting feed back from Hrs are whery well aware, what kind of the interview is it & the expectations of HR as they know the taste of HR. Once you do this exercise take a call, do proper preparation & then appear for the interview

Hi All, here is Saturday Evening & I am with you with one of the new current happening.

As we are very well aware the professional life on both the men & women becoming tougher & tougher every day. Every single moment you spend in you professional environment is with full of fear, tension,job pressure & now a day in some ruthlessly professional MNCs, you do not which moment you will lose your job which is helping you supporting your family to a very great extent.

Moreover the young MBAs gets campus placements & whilst studying itself most them they happened to meet their dream life partner & whilst entering in to professional career they land up getting married.

Its noticed most of the time that from various part of the country males & females they shift to nearby Metros in order to complete their post graduation & they never go back to their home town as there are no career opportunities & they stay in the same Metro as there are lot of contacts are developed whilst doing thier MBA etc.

Once they get married in such cases they parents are in home town there is barely any one to take care of the women during the pregnancy. Post delivery there is challenge to take care of child & they start hunting for a good day care center nearby. In the whole episode the professional life gets affected & then the wives land up quitting the job as the child require attention.

Once the child grows & they are back in position to work again the scenario of job market is not the same & just because of the gap in career they do not get the jobs or they land up doing the compromise in ctc.

Hi Guys thanks for liking my posts in such high numbers,

Life Insurance & especially agency guys,where are you going to get new advisers? If you are currently working in Agency Channel, for more than one year  I am sure you must have already used your natural market & no fresh recruitment by you. Some candidates are doing the exercises like free health check up camp in  the parks 
early morning & meeting retired people checking their BP/Sugar etc to collect the data & calling l them in office to give the reports, offer the some snacks & tea & at the same time discuss the opportunity of becoming advisers. Many more creative ideas,but once you are done with such  ideas how long will you keep on doing it?

In such cases you can join health insurance company wherein you do not have to do fresh licensing. You can use your existing set of advisers. Get then for training for a day,generate code & sell health insurance plan to exciting clients

If you are two years old in current company & doing fairly well, you can change the Industry. 

Hospitality Sector is accepting Lie Insurance Agency Channel candidates very widely. So you can look at this as one of the options

On Changing Job






Hi Guys
Thanks for liking my post. 
Here is something I wish to mention to the candidates who suddenly loose the job for any reason whatsoever. 

Now the question here is now since this era is EMI era,late marriages, late children & high ambitions. 
If
We keep jumping the jobs, keep taking the job risk, If both husband & wife is working its a bit easy but again if she is also going in private jobs then the things are all the more difficult. Both are buckled under tremendous job pressure & we are always apprehensive what is saving run out?

Please do not get panic at this point of time. Be Cool & always think positive
If at all if any desperation of taking any job coming on the way., then be clear of your fundas, do the proper research about the company you are going to join,, will stay short term, as a stop gap or long term, find about the owner or partners from the ex employees, put everything on the paper what is being promised to you & the tenure about the term & conditions laid at the tome of appointment & then join.

If the things are not going according to the plan then plan your strategy well in advance & go accordingly

Remember, now a days people are shifting on same salary from big conglomerates to small companies to avoid corporate pressures & when they realize its very late.

So please consider all these factors while changing job

While Changing the job



Do not leave your existing job & start looking out for change unless it is unavoidable 
Try & ensure that you complete minimum two years of tenure in your current organization that your cv looks good & the HR perceives, you as a stable candidate.
Give your best & achieve minimum one next level incurrent organization so that the HR perceives that you have good proven track record in your current organization
Do not hide any experience in your cv for whatever reason,As there are thw software 
Keep good relationship with your entire reporting line as to whenever there is any verification or reference check, there should be a positive feed back
It is recommended that once you come across any suitable opening by any management consultant, please have a meeting with the concerned recruiter to find out about company, understand job profile, the requirement of the client & expected tat to plan your line of action
The salary growth is between 15 to 30 percent when you change the job, but never ask the same straight forward to the HR as some time it may offend them & you might loose the opportunity, therefore you may always say that "This is what I am getting & I expect the best hike according to the Industry Standard"
Once you get the offer & you have made up your mind to join, communicate with your immediate boss, ask him what is the minimum notice period you require to serve & act accordingly.
Do not forget to keep in touch with your prospective HR once you are re-leaved & communicate your joining on decided date
