Level: Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager

CTC to Offer: Up to 4.5 Lacs

Job Role


Ø  Responsible achieving the desired sales figures challenging and customer driven environment in Corporate Deal
Ø  Ensuring strict adherence to service and quality benchmarks, and world class service experience for customers in Corporate Deal
Ø  Liaison with Internal Departments across all Groups to penetrate in to Group Companies / Clients thru Relationship Management.
Ø  Should ensure corporate account profitability by marinating salary upload percentage above 85% at all times.
Ø  20K > average salary should be the focus target.
Ø  Drive Productivity and Sales Efficiencies through Analysis and Championing LAM module.
Ø  Will be Responsible for meeting SOP Targets both for self and for team members.

      Job Role:

·         Should have leadership experience of managing team size of 3-4 employee
·         Should team handling experience of min 1 yr in the current role.
·         Acquisition of salary accounts
·         Maintaining relationships with the department heads / contact people at a corporate  level
·         Liaising with major Corporates for seeking NTB relationships
·         Penetration in empanelment relationships acquired.
·         Ensuring salary credits in all salary accounts sourced.
·         Meeting monthly sales targets for salary accounts
·         Will be responsible for location business targets for core & cross sell.       
·         Will have to work on defined CAT A & B Accounts for penetration and achieve business goals.
·         Adhere to KYC / Quality and regulatory norms and approved processes as per company policy.
·         Maintaining Cordial relations with internal / external Customer / departments.
·         Drive team productivity and Sales Efficiencies.          
·         Should ensure corporate account profitability by maintaining salary upload percentage above 85% at all times. 
·         CAT A & B with minimum average salary of 20k should be the focus target.
