Managing team of Sales Executive

Key Result Areas (KRAs) associated with  job
Tap Key members of Corporates for the allotted region individually & with the help of his team
Create & Maintain relationship with existing clients, acquire more new clients (via cold calls, references) and generating References. Innovating creative ideas and implementing workable plans that generate revenue. Track Corporate movements – MICE/ FIT etc.
Responsible for complete conversion of sales calls till final stage.
Monitoring & analysing of DSRs of the team on regular basis.
To ensure that proper training should be conducted for all executives & to be mentored based on requirement.
Handling all the operational issues as well as customer complaints and grievances.
Should be able to maintain high retention in team.

Activities accountable for
Prepare annual sales goals, develop working plans to carry out goals, compare actual achievements against goal, and periodically take necessary corrective action.
Submit monthly sales plan and market analysis (monthly) as well as daily sales/activity reports.
Keeping track of movements of his corporates as well as team members

To ensure that all over dues, outstanding are under control.
Coordinates with all Contracting and operations team for smooth processing of their corporate queries.
To handle Grievance if any in coordination with HR.
