Job Description

Develops new and expands existing NRI customer relationship for liabilities specifically and across the range of Kotak product offering.
Develops databases for lead generation, identifies market segments. Reviews and monitors effort of assigned Relationship and Sales team.
Relationship management follows up with client through telecalling, written correspondence and field visits to provide information of the bank’s products and services and seek customer deposits.
Building personal relationships with clients through relationship calling efforts and social interaction. Cross sells existing bank products to customers.
Informs customers of new products or product enhancement to further expand the banking relationships.
Plans and conducts special sales initiative and events for prospective and existing clients.
Co-ordinates with other businesses to provide NRI customers with seamless access to other bank products.
MIS generation maintains records for all acquisition figures and account upgradations.
Maintains complete relationships for assigned customer accounts.
Tracks customer complaints/queries and turnaround times to ensure high level of customer satisfaction and provide information for product and service enhancements.
Identifying, targeting, converting and maintaining upscale customer relationships for liabilities specifically and across the range of Kotak Mahindra Bank product offerings.
Maintaining seamless and continuity in NR customer service by serving as the single window for all NR interactions with Kotak Mahindra Bank and by continuously training other departments
Depending upon the length of experience and skill level the NR executive is given a greater number of relationships to manage and has higher targets in terms of customer targets and revenue.

Desired Candidate Profile:
MBA
Minimum 3 yaers similar experience in leading bank out of 9 years of total exprience in Hard Core sales experience in financial sector.
Must have exellent communications & presentation skills with experience in hard core sales of all the retail assets & liability products selling to HNIs & NRI Customers.
Cabdidate working existingly in ame profile, having excellent data base of NRI Customers of his own will be given preference.
Mush have minimu 2 years of the tenure in cusrrent organization with excellent proven track record.
Managing Existing NRI Customers & must be able to creat his own Empire of NRI NTB Customers
