Identifying Right Person & offer him the Opportunity of Earning Extra Income
Organizing the Training for him/her as per the training calendar designed by Company
Monitoring his regular progress on day to day basis
Once the training is over ensure his attendece for IC 33 Test
Ensure his regular participation at NWS (New Work System) on day to day basis
training him about the Communication Script & ensure the 100% implementation
Motivating him, doing joint calls & helping him to close deals
Desired Profile{
Graduate
Minimum 8 years experience in Hardcore sales in any Industry/Sector/Product/Services
Excellent Communications, Negotiation,Analytical, Presentation skills
Must be residing in Mumbai more than 5 years
Age Group: Between 27 to38 years
Candidates with team management experience preferred
Candidates from Pharma/FMCG will be given preference
