Job Description:

• Attend Customer complain & Solve customers problem.
• Cross Checking & Approval of raw Material
• Material Specification
• Take a call on Job
• Shade card final approval
• Maintain the ISO record & Audit

·         He shall be responsible and holds authority for day to day decisions relating to quality of finished goods.

·         Responsible for setting up & maintaining master samples for all Raw materials & finished products. He shall also be responsible for Quality improvements.

·         Responsible for control of inspection, measuring and test equipments.

·         Responsible and holds authority for control of nonconforming products at every stage.

·         Responsible for evaluating and analyzing all Customer complaints ensuring prompt feedback

·         Guide the team of QC for resolving problems.

·         To monitor the compliance of Quality Policy in the Organization.

·         Quality Approval for all the products within specified limit.

·         Scrutinizing of Delivery Order of customer in terms of product specification and special features.

Education & Experience:

·         Experience: 3 - 4   years

·         Qualification –Diploma/Degree in Printing and Packaging preferable or graduate in any other field.

·         Good Knowledge of ISO.

Education & Experience:

·         Diploma/Degree in Printing & Packaging.

·         4-5  years of progressively more responsible positions in a similar industry

·         Able to apply written instructions to machine set-up and maintenance.

·         Strong effective communicator, Leadership skills.

·         Highly developed, demonstrated teamwork skills.
