Job Description: 

• Plan & Achieve the store target and profit Set. 
• Customer relation management, Resolving Customer Complaints.
• Managing staff of size from 5 to 15.
• To train team how to respond to routine customer queries\complaints 
• Prepare& Achieve Sales & expenditure (petty Cash)Budget of the Store 
• Implementing measures for cost control 
• Ensure SOP adherence 
• Ensuring Regular Store Audits & reviews to meet desired standards 
• Coordination with different departments for operations effectiveness 
• Responsible for grooming and development of staff for Future Roles 
• Analyze space allocation category and sub category wise with respect to the sales generated, stock capacity and seasons .
• Understanding manufacturing and non-manufacturing Faults 
• Co-ordination with management for stock Movement 
• Ensuring Clear Cut communication through Signage 
• Visual Presentation Of Store 
• Responsible for the Cash Tally of DSR figure and Cash Book Figure

Qualification:- Graduate / MBA Preferred 
Experience: - 1 to 4 yrs experience as an Associate Manager/ Store Manager / similar position in any retail outlets Candidates from footwear or apparel industry industry are preferred 
Age:- 22 to 32 yrs 
Knowledge required: - Knowledge of footwear or apparel industry is Preferred
Commission earning:- Attractive rate of commission with minimum refundable investment .

Locations :Mumbai / Rest of Maharastra (Mumbai, Aurangabad, Jalgaon, Kolhapur, Nagpur),Gujrat, Madhya Pradesh , Chattisgarh , Goa

Experience : 3-8 years

Terms and Conditions :

1)Ideal deposit amount is 10 Lacs, But person can deposit 5 Lac and take up this opportunity balance will be debited subsequently from his commission per month @ 0.5% .
