Do not leave your existing job & start looking out for change unless it is unavoidable
Try & ensure that you complete minimum two years of tenure in your current organization that your cv looks good & the HR perceives, you as a stable candidate.
Give your best & achieve minimum one next level incurrent organization so that the HR perceives that you have good proven track record in your current organization
Do not hide any experience in your cv for whatever reason,As there are thw software
Keep good relationship with your entire reporting line as to whenever there is any verification or reference check, there should be a positive feed back
It is recommended that once you come across any suitable opening by any management consultant, please have a meeting with the concerned recruiter to find out about company, understand job profile, the requirement of the client & expected tat to plan your line of action
The salary growth is between 15 to 30 percent when you change the job, but never ask the same straight forward to the HR as some time it may offend them & you might loose the opportunity, therefore you may always say that "This is what I am getting & I expect the best hike according to the Industry Standard"
Once you get the offer & you have made up your mind to join, communicate with your immediate boss, ask him what is the minimum notice period you require to serve & act accordingly.
Do not forget to keep in touch with your prospective HR once you are re-leaved & communicate your joining on decided date
Its commanded to take 3/4 days break from your routine & take an outing with family & then join
