Here is something I wish to tell job seekers
Once you appear for interview in front of Hr, withing first 5 to 15 mins the interviewer comes to know whether the candidate is shortlisting material or not
If you are Not shortlisted in a particular interview you may do the following analysis
1) You do not show that that you are very strongly interested in job & take the interview very casualty
2) Your dress code. You must preferably wear white shirt & black pant & of course a tie, clean shave, shoe polish ( do not keep tie in breast pocket)
3) Some times appear arrogant in an manner that they have superiority complex
4) Talk very negative about current organization
5) Attending the calls or send text during the interview ( Its recommended that you must keep your phone on silent mode, it should not even ring)
6) No life in Hand Shake
7) Using tot of hand gestures
8) Avoid Eye Contacts
9) Wear the head phones
10) Try to impress the interviewer by family background & talk
about irrelevant social contacts
11) Do no go prepared ie company information, the exact profile/role & some home work with common sense that if this is the profile then what is the HR expecting from candidate
Therefore, its commanded that once you identify the job on the net you are looking out for, go & meet the respective recruiter in their office wherein you can share the reason of changing the job & take his advise how to reprent the same.
As the recruiter are meeting lot of candidates, sending them for all the relavent interviews & getting feed back from Hrs are whery well aware, what kind of the interview is it & the expectations of HR as they know the taste of HR. Once you do this exercise take a call, do proper preparation & then appear for the interview
