Job Description
The role would involve looking after the end to end HR processes of the assigned units (Corporate Businesses)
- Employee Relations/ Employee Engagement: Serving as a single point of contact for the employees and handling the entire employee life cycle. Interacting with employees across levels to understand their concerns and ensure consistent implementation of HR policies. Conducting various engagement activities and special events in the units.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Responsible for recruitment of various critical positions through multiple recruitment channels. Assisting new joinees with Joining formalities & inducting them through HCM Policies & processes.
- HCM Projects: Responsible for running key HCM Projects or Cross functional institutional projects/teams partnered with.
- Performance Management: Executing Smooth Performance Management System for all employees
- Exit Management: Conducting exit interviews and ensuring smooth closure of all necessary formalities for exited employees
- Data Management: Updating Org. structures & frameworks , HCM MIS, Hiring Trackers, HRIS Changes

Desired Candidate Profile:
- MBA in Human Resources from a premier B School
- 3-8 years of experience
- Candidate should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Extrovert personality learning mindset & comfortable with ambiguity
- Proven in excellent delivery -passionate with a high drive and closure orientation
- Good communication skill.
