1.    Direct Taxation:

a.       Assistant Manager – 2 to 2.5 yrs. of experience

Brief Job Description:
·         To take care of the activities of finalization of statutory liabilities and respective legal compliances
·         Routine advisory and opinion on various direct tax matters.
·         Preparation of Submission and representation before departmental authorities in the matter of investigation, audit, scrutiny, assessment, demands or other notice.
·         Preparation of appeals and representation in the matter before commissioner’s (appeal) and tribunal.
·         Preparation of 15CB Certificates.
·         Liasioning with client’s staff for regular matters.
·         Reporting is to Manager - Taxation.

b.      Manager – 5 to 6 yrs. of experience

Brief Job Description:
·         Supervision of work of 8-10 chartered accountants and of juniors including article assistants under these CAs.
·         To take care of the activities of finalization of statutory liabilities and respective legal compliances
·         Finalisation of routine advisory and opinion on various direct tax matters.
·         Finalisation of Submission and representation before departmental authorities in the matter of investigation, audit, scrutiny, assessment, demands or other notice.
·         Finalisation of appeals and representation in the matter before commissioner’s (appeal) and tribunal.
·         Finalisation of 15CB Certificates for signing by Partner.
·         Liasioning with middle management of client for smooth functioning assignments and their concerns related to work assigned.
·         Reporting is to Senior Manager/V.P. - Taxation.


1.2 Please note that candidates having complete exposure in exclusively in Direct Taxation matters are required. (Persons handled taxation as part of statutory audit, internal audit or only tax audits will not be considered)

2.    Indirect Taxation – Service Tax & VAT/CST:

a.       Assistant Manager – 2 to 2.5 yrs. of experience
